Tools we currently do not offer
We are committed to improving our player protection systems. At present we do not provide:
- Cross-operator self-exclusion registry participation (i.e., exclusions do not automatically block access to other sites)
- Wager limits, loss limits, session/time limits or reality-check pop-ups
- Withdrawal-lock features

How to set limits, self-exclude or get help
- Sign in to your Astrozino account and open the Responsible Gambling section in Account Settings to:
- Set deposit/spending limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Start a cool-off (time-out)
- Request self-exclusion
- Complete the self-assessment questionnaire

What happens when you self-exclude or close an account
- Self-exclusion prevents you from logging into and playing on your account for the chosen exclusion period.
- During an exclusion, you will not receive marketing materials from Astrozino.
- If you request account closure, your account will be closed and access disabled. Requests are handled by our support team.
- We may require verification steps (KYC) when processing closures or exclusions where needed to protect your account and funds.
Verification, withdrawals and responsible gambling
- Withdrawals require full account verification (KYC). Completing verification promptly helps avoid delay in processing withdrawals.
- If you notify us that you are seeking help for problem gambling or request self-exclusion, we will work with you and explain the process for limits, exclusions and any impact on payment processing.
