Astrozino Casino — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astrozino online casino services and website (the “Site” or the “Service”) operated by Famagousta B.V. (“Astrozino”, “we”, “us”, or “the Casino”). By registering an account, depositing funds, using the Site, or otherwise interacting with our services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all ancillary rules, policies and documents referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register or use the Service.

  1. Operator, Licensing and Contact
  • Operator: Famagousta B.V., a company organized under the laws of Curaçao, operating the Astrozino brand.
  • Gambling license: Astrozino operates under a license issued by the Curaçao gaming authority. The Casino is subject to Curaçao regulatory oversight.
  • Support and complaints: For account issues, withdrawals or complaints contact Customer Support at support@astrozino.com or via the Site’s live chat. If you cannot resolve a dispute with us you may refer the matter to the Curaçao gaming authority in accordance with applicable regulator procedures.
  1. Eligibility and Account Registration
  • Age and legal capacity: You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have legal capacity to enter into contracts in order to register and use the Service.
  • Prohibited jurisdictions: Access to the Service is prohibited from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or where we have chosen not to offer services. You must not attempt to register or play from such jurisdictions. We may block access from certain locations or refuse players from specific countries at our discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Account details and truthful information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal details at registration and during account lifetime. You may not permit others to use your account credentials. You are entirely responsible for activity on your account.
  1. Identification, KYC and Verification
  • Identity verification: All account holders are subject to Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks and other verification procedures. Verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
  • Timeframes: Routine verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days after documents are submitted; complex investigations may require additional time. We may suspend withdrawals, deposits or gameplay while verification or investigations are ongoing.
  • Documents: You agree to promptly provide requested identity, address, banking and other supporting documentation. Failure to provide required documentation within requested timeframes may result in account suspension, withholding of funds or account closure.
  1. Deposits, Withdrawals and Banking

    • Minimum withdrawal: €40 (or currency equivalent).
    • Maximum single deposit: €5,000 (per transaction).
    • Withdrawal processing limits: Daily net win limit €5,000; monthly withdrawal cap €7,000; lifetime net win limit €50,000. These caps apply across the life of the account and are part of the Casino’s payout policy.
  • Processing times:
    • E-wallets and cryptocurrency: typically 0–24 hours after verification and internal processing.
    • Card payments and bank transfers: typically 3–5 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
    • Withdrawals submitted on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Fees: Astrozino does not charge withdrawal or deposit handling fees. Third-party processors or banks may apply their own fees, which are outside the Casino’s control.
  • Multiple and partial withdrawals: We may permit partial withdrawals subject to minimum/maximum limits and internal policies. We reserve the right to pay large amounts by instalments where required by anti-money laundering (“AML”) controls, banking constraints or regulatory reasons.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback after deposits may lead to account suspension, forfeiture of funds, claim of losses and legal action. You agree not to initiate a chargeback to circumvent our dispute resolution and fraud procedures.
  1. Bonus, Promotional and Wagering Terms
  • General: All bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotions are governed by separate Bonus Terms which form part of these Terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional bonus may be used at a time per account.
  • Examples of promotional offers (representative and subject to change):
    • Slot Welcome Bonus: 140% match up to €1,000 on first deposit with wagering requirement 40x (deposit + bonus). Minimum qualifying deposit: €25 for this offer.
    • Live Casino Welcome Bonus: 100% match up to €500 with wagering requirement 35x (bonus amount). Minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the promotion.
    • Regional variations: Offers and amounts may vary by jurisdiction (for example, GBP-denominated offers for UK players).
  • Wagering contribution and restrictions: Games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. We publish game weighting and contribution rules on the Site. During wagering, maximum bet limits apply (commonly €5 or equivalent, unless otherwise stated) — exceeding the maximum permitted bet may void your bonus and related winnings.
  • Bonus expiry and withdrawal: Bonuses and associated winnings expire if not used within the promotional validity period (commonly 30 days unless otherwise stated). Withdrawals while a bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
  • No-deposit/free spin restrictions: Any promotional no-deposit free spins or bonuses include maximum withdrawal caps and additional terms which are specified with the promotion.
  • Promotional abuse: We reserve the right to withhold, refuse or confiscate bonus funds and winnings where promotional abuse, collusion, bonus circumvention, use of multiple accounts or other fraudulent activity is suspected.
  1. Winnings Limits and Payout Restrictions
  • Standard limits: The Casino enforces payout limits including daily, monthly and lifetime caps as specified in section 4. These limits are part of our payout policy and apply to all accounts.
  • Deposit-based limitations: In certain cases the Casino may limit maximum withdrawals or winnings relative to the total amount deposited by a player. Examples of payout restrictions include, but are not limited to, adjustments for suspected irregular patterns of play, gaming abuse, or where manual review indicates a risk of fraud. Such limits are applied at our sole discretion consistent with AML, fraud prevention and risk management policies.
  • Investigations and disputed activity: If we suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, use of prohibited software (e.g., bots), VPN/proxy masking of location, chargebacks or other irregularities, we may:
    • Temporarily suspend account access and processing of withdrawals;
    • Request further documentation and evidence of gameplay, sources of funds or device/location details;
    • Confiscate or withhold funds where we reasonably determine that funds are linked to fraudulent activity or breaches of these Terms.
  • Account closure and confiscation: Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms or because of fraud, the Casino may retain (confiscate) funds subject to applicable law and without prejudice to the Casino’s right to pursue other remedies.

  • Affiliate program: The Casino maintains an affiliate program administered by third parties including Froggy Partners. Affiliates are governed by separate affiliate agreements and should not be considered representatives of the Casino for matters affecting players.
  • Responsible advertising: All marketing and promotional offers are subject to these Terms and the Bonus Terms. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
  1. Complaints, Disputes and Governing Law

  • Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, customers may seek assistance from the Curaçao regulator or other applicable bodies as allowed by law.
  • Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
  1. Termination, Suspension and Account Closure
  • Suspension or closure: We may suspend, restrict or close accounts at any time where we reasonably suspect fraud, illegal activity, breach of these Terms, inability to verify identity, misuse of promotions, multiple accounts or other violations. When an account is suspended or closed we will notify you and provide reasons to the extent permitted by law and security considerations.
  • Return of funds: Where closure arises without breach or fraud, remaining balances will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures and after successful verification, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and processing times.
  • Residual claims: Termination does not waive the Casino’s right to pursue any remedies or damages arising from breaches of these Terms.
  1. Liability and Indemnity
  • Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Casino’s total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with the Service shall be limited to the aggregate amount of deposits you have made less the aggregate amount of winnings you have received, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Exclusions: The Casino is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casino and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, fraudulent behaviour, or violation of applicable laws.
  1. Modifications to the Service and Terms
  • Changes to these Terms: The Casino may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and indicate the effective date. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Changes to the Service: We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time including game availability, payment methods, promotional offers and wagering rules. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes in a timely manner.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Casino regarding the Service.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

By registering, depositing or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies and rules that the Casino makes available on the Site.
